Cancellation, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

Your appointments are very important to the team members of Bella Style, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48-hour notice for cancellations.

Cancellation Policy (48 HOURS)

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We request a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling

  • All appointments are reserved with a credit card on file and a signed cancellation policy
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the booked service
  • Same-day cancellations will be charged 100%
  • Appointments that are not confirmed at least 48 hours before prior may be canceled
Appointment No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

We understand things happen and do our best to accommodate late arrivals whenever possible.

  • Guests arriving 10 minutes or more late may not be able to receive their full scheduled service
  • If we are unable to complete the service, the appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled
  • A 50% late cancellation fee may apply

LATE CANCELLATION CREDIT

Our team will reach out if you are 10 minutes late to your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled start time and the service cannot be completed as booked, or must be significantly modified (for example, leaving with wet hair), your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee credit of up to 50% of the service cost may apply.

Any late fee credit must be rebooked within 2 weeks of the original appointment date. If the appointment is not rebooked within that timeframe, the credit will be forfeited.

If your service can still be completed or reasonably adjusted without impacting the quality of service, no late fee will be charged.

Appointment Confirmations
  • Appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Confirmation requests are sent via email and text message. 
  • Appointments can be confirmed by clicking the confirmation link, or calling the salon.  Appointments that are not confirmed by 48 hours before may be cancelled.

  • It is the guest’s responsibility to confirm and remember their appointment date and time.
