The treatment can be used for color balancing on dull or brassy hair, or just for extra brilliant shine! This is highly recommended for all guests, from all-over color to bright blondes. Noelani also recommends taking home a Pulp Riot Purple Shampoo to help keep yellow/brassy tones away.
